Tyson began his career as an underwriter in Canada, gaining valuable insight into how insurers evaluate risk and structure coverage. This foundation gave him a unique advantage when transitioning to broking, where navigating complex policies and securing tailored insurance solutions became second nature. Driven by a passion for problem-solving and a client-first mindset, Tyson is dedicated to simplifying the insurance process and delivering strategies that help businesses achieve the best possible outcomes. His journey began on the phones with an insurer, handling property claims—an experience that gave him a solid grounding in policy wordings and how insurance responds when it matters most. Danial later moved into broking, specialising in Trades Insurance. There, he helped businesses navigate their cover options and developed a deep understanding of the unique risk challenges across various industries. He then spent eight years as a Loss Adjuster, managing complex claims involving cyclones, bushfires, and floods. This hands-on experience in high-pressure environments cemented Danial’s reputation as a trusted expert in claims management. Today, Danial—affectionately known as The Claims Guru—brings all this experience together to deliver top-tier claims support for Adapt’s clients. With a sharp eye for problem-solving and a commitment to exceptional service, he ensures clients feel supported through every step of the claims process. When he’s not busy resolving claims, you’ll find Danial coaching the kids’ footy team or pounding the pavement with his dogs around Perth’s suburbs.

Michelle has managed a broad range of client needs and understands the industry from both an operational and service perspective. Michelle is highly knowledgeable in client service and regulatory requirements, document management systems and ensuring compliance requirements are met. She takes great pride in preparing clear, complete, and accurate information so our clients can make an informed decision with ease.
