How to lodge  a claim 

Step 1: Gather Your Information

  • Before lodging your claim, make sure you have:

  • Your policy number

  • Details of the incident (date, time, location)

  • Any supporting documents (photos, invoices, police reports, etc.)

 

Step 2: Choose the Right Claim Form

  • Select the form that matches your insurance type:

  • Property Insurance Claim Form

  • Strata Insurance Claim Form

  • Contact us for Business Insurance claims

  • You can download these forms in our Claims Forms and Useful Information section 

 

Step 3: Submit Your Claim

  • Once your form is complete, submit it via one of the following:
